The BossKut Gazelle will cut a full 12 inches wide and with up to 500 grams of pressure. It can even cut chipboard up to 1 mm thick and shrink plastic. It will cut roll media (such as vinyl) up to 100 inches long and cuts thru Bazzill cardstock in one pass!
The Gazelle uses a new optical detection system for print and cut projects, so you can make your own 3 D embellishments.
Weighing less than 10 pounds, it has many metal parts and is a sturdy, well built cutter. It cuts 3 times faster than the smaller cutters and has a pause button - you can pause and resume cutting. You can also change the speed mid cut.
The front door opens to support the media being cut. Inside the door are two drawers where you can store extra blades and pens.
The blade holder is the newest technology, which allows you to use pens (sized 1/4" to 1/2" diameter) without an additional adapter.
The included software (Funtime) is easy to use and was designed especially for the scrapbooker. It has all the features you could want, including easy to use welding, auto-trace, fancy scissors edge (and many more features) and comes with over 700 cutting files.
Bosskut hosts an online forum for Gazelle owners where you will find basic lessons on using the Gazelle in addition to the software.
